Your data will be stored for a maximum of six months in case you have contacted us via our online form or via e-mail. This is due to processing your request or in case of follow-up questions. During this period, we will not share your data with anybody else.
- Data storage
We would like to point out that we store your cookie and IP information in order to simplify your shopping experience and to process your purchase in the form of a contract. This data includes the subscribers company name, his/her name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account details and the UID number (in case it was indicated).
This data is essential in terms of contractual performance and to fulfil our pre-contractual duties. Without this data we can not conclude a contract. We do not share your data with any third parties unless we have to. This is the case for 1) the transmission of your credit card details or bank account details to the transacting banking institution or the payment provider in order to debit the amount of the purchase; 2) the transmission of your name and address to the logistics company in order to deliver your purchase – this is not the case for digital purchases; 3) sharing data with our law advisor in order to fulfil our fiscal duties.
In case of termination of your purchase we will delete all saved data whereas when a contract is concluded we will store all data from contractual relationship for up to seven years to fulfil our fiscal retention period.
The buyers name and surname, address, purchase details and the date of purchase will also be stored until product liability ends (ten years). This data processing takes place on the basis of the legal terms of § 96 Par 3 TKG as well as of Art 6 Par 1 lit a (compliance) and/or lit b (necessary for contractual performance) of DSGVO.
Our webpage uses so-called cookies. These are small text files which are saved on your device via your internet browser. Cookies are not causing you any harm and we use them for a customer-friendly webpage design. Some of these cookies will stay on your device until you delete them but they enable us to recognize you when you visit us again.

This webpage uses google analytics of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). This service enables us to analyse the usage of our webpage through cookies. This means that the generated data is transferred to the servers of the provider and stored there.
You can prevent that by adjusting your browser so that it never saves cookies. Respectively, we concluded an agreement with our provider to process job data.
If you use our service we will gather your IP-address which is immediately pseudonymised, i.e. by deleting the last 8-bit of your IP-address. Like that your exact location will not be revealed. The legal basis for that service of Google Inc. is § 15 Par. 3 TMG and Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Our webpage offers you the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. Therefor we need your name and surname as well as your e-mail address and your approval for receiving our newsletter. Further, if you choose to share your areas of interest, your birthdate and your zip code with us we will provide you with purposeful information. As soon as you subscribed to our newsletter we will send you an e-mail with a link to confirm your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription any time. If you choose to do so, please send your cancellation to our mail address: email@example.com. Upon reception we will promptly delete your data related to the newsletter.
- Your rights
Generally, you are entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, transferability of data, revocation and objection. If you think that our processing of your data is violating your right for data protection or if your entitlement to data protection is violated in any other way you can officially complain at the respective authority. In Austria, this is the Datenschutzbehörde.
